Obituary of Richard McWhinney

Richard J. McWhinney passed away peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday, April 21, 2014, in his 86th year. A long time resident of the Denfield area and later resided at Thedford Country Manor Retirement Home. Richard was a life member of the Local 120 Electrical Workers in London Ontario. He was predeceased by his parents James and Janet McWhinney of Strathroy and a nephew Richard D. McWhinney of London. Survived by his brother Murray (Joyce) McWhinney of Strathroy, a niece Janis (Henry) Bens, and nephews William (Terri) Farr and Robert (Judy) Farr. Resting at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. A private family service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery.
