Obituary of Richard DeBoer

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday December 7, 2004. Richard (Rick) DeBoer of Strathroy in his 50th year. Husband and friend of Mary-Lynn (Alderson) DeBoer of Strathroy and dear father of Craig Richard DeBoer and Kelly, Hugh Herbert DeBoer and Wendy all of Montreal and daughter Erin Margaret DeBoer of Strathroy. Also survived by his parents Dirk (Dick) and Baukje (Bea) DeBoer of Strathroy, brothers and sisters, Bill and Heather DeBoer of Alberta, Ann and Peter Vitez, Harry DeBoer, Teresa and Peter Wilhelm, Evelyn DeBoer, Allan and Tammy DeBoer all of Strathroy and Andy and Lori DeBoer of Dorchester. Rick is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 9 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy. A private family service will be held on Friday, December 10 with Pastor Walter DeRuiter officaiting. Cremation at Woodland Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Spinal Cord Research Organization or Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
