Obituary of Elodie De Smet

Suddenly but peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, November 24, 2013 Elodie De Smet (nee Pousset) of Strathroy passed away at the age of 84. Loving wife of the late Emiel De Smet (2002). Dear mother of Marcel De Smet and Jeannine (Peter) Finney. Survived by grandchildren Clint (Krista) Maynard, Amanda Maynard, Steven Finney and great grandchildren Brycen and Aaden. Sadly missed by many siblings and extended family in Belgium. Friends will be received on Tuesday, November 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th at 2 pm. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Online condolences accepted at www.denningfuneralhomes.com.
