Obituary of Fredrick Payne

Peacefully at LHSC- Victoria campus on Thursday, February 20, 2014, Fredrick Lorne Payne, of Strathroy, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Georgina (Wiley) for 54 years. Loving father of Brian (Wendy) Payne, Beth (Jeff) Reed, Blair (Penny) Payne and Brenda (Dean) Johnson. Proud grandpa of Bradley (Melissa), Craig (Pam), Josh, Jake, Derrick and Allie. Dear brother of Edward (Marilyn) and Mary (Chris) Wolff. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, February 21st from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m., with a Masonic Service at 6:30 p.m. under the auspices of Ionic Lodge #328 Napier. A Funeral Service will be held at Strathroy United Church on Saturday, February 22nd at 11 a.m. with Rev. Randy Besta officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. In memory of Fred, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Shriner's Childrens Hospital. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Fred.
