Obituary of William Donald Thomson

Peacefully at home on Friday, January 1st, 2016, William “Bill” Thomson in his 81st year. Loving husband of the late Marian Thomson (nee Hokansson) (2003). Cherished father of Stewart and Vicki Thomson, and Louise and Gary Thuss. Proud grandpa to Matthew, Brittany, Haley, Dayna, Cailin, Shaun and Amanda, Jamie and Chris, Ashley and Megan. Great grandpa of Cassidy and Leah. Bill is survived by his brother Lyle (Viola) Thomson, and several brothers and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by his parents John and Annie (nee Thomson) Thomson, and brother Robert Thomson. Bill will be fondly missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends and family will be received at DENNING’S OF AILSA CRAIG, 171 Ailsa Craig Main Street, on Monday, January 4th, 2016 from 5 to 9pm, where the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1pm.
